Mr. Johnston's regular billing rate is $375 per hour for all mediation hearings.  Ordinarily, there  will be no charge for travel expenses if the location of the mediation hearing is in Southern California.  For mediation hearings conducted outside of Southern California you will be required to pay reasonable travel and/or lodging expenses in advance.
